Pleae Note :

1. Tele-appointments can be booked for the current date only.

2. You will receive a call back from the consulting doctor within the times specified (as per the level of urgency):

- 15-30 mins for super urgent issues.

- 30 mins- 1 hour for urgent issues.

- 1-4 hrs for important issues.

- Call back teleconsultation timings are between 9 AM. to 9 PM.

NOTE: In case of emergency between 9 PM to 9 AM, you can call after making the necessary payment.

3. Please Honestly specify the TRUE level of urgency as super urgent/urgent/important so that all tele-consults can be attended as per their actual level of urgency.
